Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to services availed from DIVYAKIRTI GLOBAL MULTI SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"). By engaging our services, you agree to the terms below.

Cancellation of Services

  • Clients may request cancellation of a booked service by writing to us at Support@divyakirtiglobalmultiservicesprivatelimited.online.
  • Cancellation requests received before the commencement of the service will be considered for a partial or full refund, subject to the specific engagement terms and any administrative costs already incurred.
  • Cancellation requests received after the service has commenced will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and refunds, if any, will be pro-rated based on work completed.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds may be considered where a service has not been delivered as agreed, or where the Company is unable to fulfil the agreed scope.
  • Amounts corresponding to work already performed, third-party costs, government fees, or non-recoverable expenses are non-refundable.
  • Any decision on eligibility and refund amount will be communicated in writing.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–14 working days of approval.
  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services fully delivered as per agreed scope.
  • Cancellations made after significant work has been completed.
  • Situations where the client has failed to provide required cooperation or information despite reasonable follow-up.
